The project manager, Juan, sales contact Joseph, foreman Joel, and the owner, Mike made sure every detail was taken care of and my house looked exactly how we pictured it. They were one of the only companies who were able to work with me to design exactly what I had in mind. Juan kept me up to date on all the work and would respond to my questions immediately. Regarding materials, they use the very best and were even able to procure cladding that had to be manufactured for the job. No detail was too small for them to address, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks me for the best, quality, service, and products for exterior work.

I had new siding and gutters installed. Working with Innovative Exteriors was a pleasure from start to finish. They kept me up to date throughout the entire job via text and were readily available to answer any questions. I had a small issue with one of my windows shifting which the foreman readily fixed. The crew did a great job! They were hard working and skilled, and cleaned up my property at the end of each day so I didn’t have to worry about debris while my dog was outside. My house looks great! I definitely would recommend them and plan on using them again when I replace my windows.

First, I would like to say there are not enough stars on this page, innovative Exteriors deserve more than just five stars for their craftsmanship and professionalism.. The salesman Joseph was very professional, sat down with my wife and I and reviewed all of the work that we wanted done, and made great recommendations on different things that we never thought about. The owner Mike stopped by to review everything and place the order for all of the product, Estimated that it would take one week to do the whole project and it was exactly one week. The project manager Juan Carlos was amazing, very professional and his knowledge of every aspect of the project was outstanding, I can’t say enough about him and his employees. the quality of their work the amount of time spent cleaning up after themselves every single day, I was very impressed. From the ground up, I had the foundation stucco, my front steps repaired, new siding new soffit and new gutters. I would highly recommend Innovative Exteriors for any project.

Amazing restoration of our centuries old house! See last photos to see what they had to deal with. While it was interesting to see the original siding underneath from the 1800s, surely it made the work more complex. Looking back to our consultation with Mike, he had the foresight to add extra materials into the contract to cover these obstacles. There were zero surprise fees. Juan Carlos took over the project and ensured everything went smoothly. He worked with us on last-minute adjustments we requested and the added fees were reasonable. The work was done in 5 days (as promised, Mike said it would take 5-7 days). The workers arrived and ended at the same time each day, headed by foreman, Alvaro. Each day, they cleaned up, instead of leaving it for the last day. They worked steadily without any issues, and were very pleasant (I was home most days they were working). Passersby even complimented their work. In short, thank you very much for your outstanding work! No surprise fees, work done on time, clear communication, great teamwork, and excellent results-- you cannot ask for more!
